Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups methi


  • 3/4 cups frozen peas


  • 2 nos onion


  • 2 tbsp cashewnut


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 2-3 nos green chilli


  • 3-4 nos garlic


  • 1-2 pinch turmeric


  • 250 ml milk


  • 1/2 cups malai


  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)


  • 1/2 tsp sugar (according to taste)


  • 3-4 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp sabji masala


  • 1 nos for homemade spice powder :cinnamon


  • 5-6 nos clove


  • 4-5 nos grern cardamon

Directions

  • Remove the stem of methi n collect only leaf . add some salt keep aside about 10-15min.
  • Now prepare the homemade spice so roast the ingredients of homemade spice and grind make fine powder in grinder.
  • Now wash the methi leaf 2-3 time and squeez the water for removing bitterness of methi.
  • Now boil the chop onion , cashewnut, ginger and chilli.
  • Grind the boiled onion mix with garlic n make fine paste.
  • Now hot the 2 tbsp oil in pan and saute the methi leafs turn out in plate.
  • Now in same pan add 2 tbsp oil add onion paste and roast about 4-5min. add sabji masala, 1/2 tsp homemade spice powder and pinch of turmeric and roast it.
  • Now add frozen peas add salt n sugar cook 4-5min.
  • Add saute methi leafs n cook 2-3 min. more.
  • Now add milk and boil it add fresh whisk malai cook 5-7 min. Switch off the flame.
  • Serve in serving bowl.
